- Late Fees: Late payments may attract additional charges as per institute policy.
- Non-Refundable: Admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
- Course Fee Refund: Refunds for course fees are processed as per the specific program's refund policy outlined in the admission agreement.
- Deductions: All refunds are subject to applicable deductions including registration charges, administrative fees, and taxes.
- Transfer Option: Instead of refund, students may opt for course transfer to another batch or program subject to availability.
4. Academic Regulations
- Attendance: Minimum 85% attendance is mandatory for all classroom programs.
- Academic Progress: Regular tests and assessments are integral to the program.
- Study Material: All study material provided is copyrighted and for personal use only.
- Class Schedule: FIITJEE Dwarka reserves the right to change faculty, schedule, or venue if necessary.
5. Student Code of Conduct
- Discipline: Students must maintain discipline and decorum within the institute premises.
- Prohibited Activities: Ragging, bullying, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.
- Property Damage: Students are responsible for any damage to institute property.
- Dismissal: Serious misconduct may lead to immediate dismissal without fee refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- Copyright: All study material, test papers, and digital content are proprietary to FIITJEE.
- Non-Distribution: Reproduction or distribution of study material without permission is prohibited.
- Website Content: All content on this website is protected by copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
- FIITJEE Dwarka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for academic results or competitive exam ranks of individual students.
- The institute is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
